TERMS & CONDITIONS - INSET 2011/12

The list of courses we aim to provide throughout this year is now available to view on our website. Once the course details are confirmed they will be added to the website and booking on line (for partner schools) will be available. For non-partner schools please make all enquiries to Zoe Ford.

Host Schools

Please check the course list to see if there is an INSET course that your school would like to host. As a host school you are entitled to a maximum of 8 delegate places. Contact Zoe Ford if you would like to host a course at your school.

Partner Schools

1. All bookings must be made by filling out an online booking form in the registered users area.
2. Schools are advised to book as early as possible. Courses will close if bookings reach capacity.
3. Partner schools have priority for places on all courses up to 3 weeks before the commencement of the course. After this time bookings will be opened to non-partner schools/outside agencies.
4. A booking does not guarantee you a place. Confirmation will be emailed from the partnership office to the delegate who made the booking at least 2 weeks before the date of the course.

Non-Partner Schools

1. All bookings must be made by filling out a booking form available from Zoe Ford.
2. You are advised to book early as any places not taken up by partner schools will be allocated on a first come first served basis to non-partner schools/outside agencies.
3. Your booking will be confirmed at least 2 weeks before the date of the course. At the same time you will be invoiced for payment of the course fee.
   
4. Payment for courses must be paid in full prior to the course date and are non-refundable. The only exception would be if the course was re-scheduled to another date.
