Cost: FREE Tutor: TBC Notes: This is a largely practical course so suitable clothing and footwear is advisable Course Details: This practical workshop is designed to help participants integrate the FUNdamentals (Agility; Balance; Co-ordination) into Multi-Skill Club sessions. It will give delegates the opportunity to develop ideas with others and share good practice.
